- This place has been robbed multiple times,storages broken into often, due to homeless living on property(mangement will not evict). Gate is often broken and not secure. Place has rodent infestation they try to eradicate but its impossible due to the tweakers living there. Garbage and urine. Police are there often. office is only open five days and is not doing a good job. Corporate help is nonexistant. Look elsewhere if you value your belongings.

- I recently moved into a large space at Storage West. Misagh is wonderful to work with and made the move-in process very easy, even during the quarantine. The floor could have been a lot cleaner but for the price of the space, I didn't mind sweeping it out myself. Whoever was in the space before me left a ton of dirt and fine sand behind. An intense vacuuming or power wash between tenants would be a nice idea. I use the space for my home staging inventory so the cleaner, the better.

- Their door latch breaks , I put my lock on the door anyway . Without notifying me they cut my lock replace the latch put a lock on for which i didnt have a key for (denying me acess to my swap meet items,)so i had to break their latch to get to my swap meet stuff.,since no one in the office on sat evening. The first girl I spoke to was Brandy who completely understood the situation and told me there was no problem"The important thing is that your items are now secure". The following day, Marilyn approaches me and berates over this without even considering the situation they put me in and They now want to charge me 50 dollars for the latch, 17 dollars for a lock i never used or broke and they dont even consider that their damn latch breaking caused this problem in the first place!! Needless to say I am furious over this an they havent heard the last of this I am currently talking to my lawyer on what to do next....

- I reserved and paid for my 10x15 unit online and was given an incredible location, close to the elevators! Liz, the manager called the next day to arrange a time to meet for an offical tour and initial check in. Her and the other employee were super welcoming and nice. The facility is just gorgeous and outstandingly clean; I was super impressed when I first arrived. It was lovely being able to check out multiple carts at a time because the first move-in day to the unit was hectic and we had A LOT of things to carry to the upper floor. Overall, a great experience. I am extremely appreciative of thier kindness and flexibility

- The onsite Manager, Misagh, listened to what my situation was, gave me options, helped me pick the right size for what I need it for, found me the best deal, loaned me a moving truck for free, helped me get my motorcycle inside. He was friendly and professional. Top of the line at what he does. I am so impressed and thankful to him for his help. I would come here again and recommend this Storage Facility to anyone. Easy access to load n unload, gated with access code, onsite manager, security cameras, no thefts. Price is reasonable if not cheaper then other Storage Facilities. Depends on size. Talk to Misagh because he will know what discounts are available.

Restrooms are spotless and just an overall pleasure to rent a unit here . Also love the fact that they have dolly's , flat bed carts and the big bucket tubs to haul your stuff to your unit .
