- This facility is well kept, lighted, and very spacious. Everything is easy to find, (office, carts to rent, etc) The staff is kind and very helpful. When I forgot to pay my bill the manager called me and reminded me my payment was not received so I was able to still pay that bill on time so it was never late. A big deal to people trying to bump their credit score!! I had a wonderful experience renting here, and would definitely rent from this facility in the future. I will be recommending this facility to my friends and colleagues., Thank you for your services. My only concern was during COVID they started closing down around 3 pm and I was not able to access my storage after that time. It was right before I got off work so i ended up not being able to access my storage for like a month due to my work schedule I got off after 3pm everyday. I hope they are back on to regular operating hours.

- Everything at this location is fine except the the lighting. I noticed lighting in certain rows but unfortunately the row that I've been assigned to has lighting that does not work. With the time change, it can get very dark, very early. When I asked an employee, he stated that they will be fixed sometime in the future. I feel that not only does this cause a security and safety issue, but makes it harder to load or unload stuff into or from my storage unit. I hope this matter is resolved quickly. I also think since the gate hours are til 9pm, there should be some type of lighting inside storage units as well. Otherwise everything else is good. Thank you

- I would not recommend this place to anyone. i chose this place because having AAA, the price is very reasonable, of course when i went in to sign paper work the man inside wouldn't even try to scan my card because it wasn't a physical card, it was through the AAA app. He refused to take it because " there was no expiration date " which there was, he said " his computer wouldn't scan it " he didn't even try. Therefore i had to miss out on all the benefits. Which i'm pretty sure AAA didn't make a "My card app " for it not to work. I sucked it up and paid for everything. I asked them to set me up with a u-haul and the man agreed, of course he forgot to do so and sent us off. After trying to find a u-haul place that was still open, we found one loaded it up and headed to the storage unit. I got there after office hours had closed and found my unit still had their padlock on it. I was so over this place but i was not going to head back home pay u-haul and extra day and search for another storage unit. I had to call the emergency security number and explain to them what happened. They connected me to the man that helped me earlier and he said he would be there in 20 mins. It ended up taking him almost 2 hours to get there. I was so frustrated, you only have access to your unit until 9p.m. and if you are there past 9 you get a fine.. I wasn't very happy with the fact that it was 20 to 9 when he finally showed up. When he finally got there all he told me was " I'll give you extra access time and knock $10 off your bill " $10?! I thought the first month was free considering i had to pay $130 for the first month and $20 for a lock but no they are calling me, emailing me saying my rent is past due . So i guess i have to fork up another $100 for the 16 days I've had the unit. This place is a mess . As i said before i would not recommend it.

- This storage facility is a great storage facility to do business with. I needed about 30 boxes so I stopped in and Laurie was able to help me. Very nice person was able to answer all my questions. - The staff that assistend me as I first rented my unit was rather rude. Instead of showing us the facilility and the unit we were interested in renting, he began the paperwork which took over 35 minutes while I just stood there and waited. Once the paperwork was all done, he then told us he could take us to the unit which we had already rented. My husband and I then went to put our lock on the unit only to realize that the lightbulb inside of it was burnt out. We had to go back to the office and ask them to change it. We would have to wait, but had other things to do, so we had to leave our unit without a lock on it so maintenance could fix it. It wasn't till the following day that we were able to out.ock on our unit and begin using it.
