- I paid for a storage and at last minute i was told that its Only 24hr access ( THE MAIN REASON I CHOSE THIS STORAGE ) if pay $30.00 extra per month......So i did Then started to move in the next day and realized the storage they had GIVEN me was WRONG SIZE ( SMALLER than what I Allready PAID For.) when i asked to change my paperwork and adjust the monthly payment to not be over charged ...i was told i had to wait till a supervisor can handle it.......its been over a week now no response...and I went to my storage at 10 pm for work stuff and was able to get in fine ,but when I tryed to leave my CODE DIDNT WORK and was STUCK INSIDE for an hour until finally someone called me back to let me out....... Then two days later i asked about my storage being smaller than what I PAY FOR AND said he was to busy to handle it ......so i left upset and to get a phone Call saying that they changed the gate hrs to 9pm and no more 24hrs access ......(.the Only reason i picked trojan was cause of the 24hr access) that i paid 30.00 extra for when i moved in a week prior... Reasons to not chose trojan storage -Lied to about size of unit....CHARGED AND PAID FOR BIGGER SIZE AND GIVEN A SMALLER UNIT . -up the price $30.00 last minute for 24hr access -then code didnt work after 10pm LOCKING ME INSIDE OVER A HOUR -and then changed policy of gate hrs (not 24hrs anymore) After i paid for it - still has not fixed any issues

- I was told that if I didn't have homeowners insurance then I would need to purchase insurance from them at $14.00 monthly. I explained that I do have insurance, they said great and waived the $14.00.but while on the phone with them they never once asked me to bring a copy with me on moving day. So I show up on moving day and wasent allowed to move my stuff until they recieved a copy. I explained then why didn't you tell me that over the phone? I couldn't move my stuff in until the next day and not once did they apologize or appear empathetic in any way. Instead the store manager went on to lecture me and bragged about how she carries her policy on her phone at all times. Good grief! Who carries their homeowners insurance in their phone? The only reason I'm using them at this point is because I had a packed Uhaul with nowhere else to go. Zero stars for these folks. So rude, loud, and just all around obnoxious.
