- Customer Service was absolutely wonderful but when I arrived to my initial storage unit there were dead roaches in it. I am very nervous about that and I have never seen that in any storage unit I have ever rented. All else about the facility seemed very nice.

- Location was fine except things took forever waiting in line for the elevators. And the elevators would try to close while you are putting in your code. Had put it in wrong at one point and person behind me then put in thir code and it ended up not going to oit floor and we had to go down and start again.

- I searched far and wide across the Los Angeles Metro area, and found the most affordable drive up storage space, 10 x 20, with a roll up door, with the help of the spare foot website. I appreciate that I was able to compare prices across the city, and find the size and 'type' of storage space I was looking for, at 35% less than similar spaces nearest to me. The extra 30 min drive to unload my belongings 1 time, is definitely worth $200 / month!
