- I rented a 10' by 10' and filled it up immediately. Rented another 5' by 10' for the overflow. Still too small. Now have a 10' by 18' unit. I have a lot of tools and material, I am a glass contractor. Their office worked with me to get the best unit for the pricing, worked out the units so I did not have to pay full price for the first 2 units and they applied the rent from the one unit to the newer unit. All this happened in the first week. Very satisfied with the management. Michael in the call center and Nicole in the on-site office were very helpful and looking out for my best interest. Highly recommend them.

- I want to say that Charlotte, the rep who take care of me, was outstanding and went above and beyond the call of duty required by her job when she set me up with a storage unit. I got in on a sweet promo deal for $16 a month $15 mandatory insurance for a 5x5 on the second floor. They renovated the second and third floor and this is the CLEANEST building I've ever been to for storage. AC was running, sensor lights, multiple security points where you put your code in (almost enough to be irritating but I'd never trade it for anything else). Definitely going to be staying here for the next 6-8 months and then we'll reassess when the promo ends.

- While the indoor, air conditioned units are nice, this facility is way too crowded. No matter what time of the day or not we go, there are always so many cars that you can’t pull up to the doors. There is never enough carts, due to the overwhelming amount of other people who are there, so everything takes so much longer, and is inconvenient.The other issue is that you have people who literally camp out there all day. The take up the entire hallway, so even if you find a cart, you can’t bring it to your side. After my free month, I will definitely be leaving. Unless you want to pay the highest rent in the area, have to carry everything in by hand, and fight for parking I wouldn’t recommend this facility.
