- This is a terrific facility compared to others I had to experience in the state. It's fairly new and in great shape. It's in a good location with government buildings and residences around. There are no dilapidated vehicles stored there. Michelle at the front desk is very nice and helpful. And most importantly to me, there seem to be few businesses operating out of here (ie being there late at night and giving the gate code to every contractor. That's how I got burglarized in Van Nuys). I have some minor concerns about security: You can chose your own gate code (you know someone will just use a trivial one), the fences are a little low (easy to jump), and the lights were out on the covered spots when I visited. Because of the other factors though (see above) it still felt much safer than other facilities I've used.

The bad: Entry keypads to open the gate are located far behind a post requiring you to get out of your vehicle to enter or exit the lot. Also, although the facility is accessible until 9 pm, they lock up the moving carts at 6 pm when the office closes. If you get there after 6 pm you might not find a cart unlocked to move your stuff.
