When one goes to that place of storage the map should also indicate the location if it had that point or number or arrow to go to. Follow those lines numbers of other storages to turn to and you will get to your storage room. This is my review if that were to be available and nothing is on the wall so I was confused. The only drawback is the ever-increasing cost to store stuff. I would hope that Public Storage wood provide long-time customers with rate discounts sometime in the near future. The monthly price was very affordable, although there were a host of upcharges and fees at the start that weren’t advertised. - I needed to move my stored boxes and things to a new place, as the unit I shared with a friend was being closed out. Mini U Storage great! All the units have drive-up convenience; no narrow hallways with heavy carts to pull, no weird elevators and creepy lights going on and off! The office staff was very professional and helpful. I was able to use the moving van for free (4 hours) in order to move in. I highly suggest using this facility!

- So I went down to review the storage space 11/7 had reserved for a move in of the 17th. Now after reviewing he asked for my license and credit card I asked if he was to charge me he stated no, I told him I don’t I’m not funded yet. After I told him the above info he was ready to charge me and explained I’m moving in the 17th. Why did I do this? I don’t know I told you no money and your computer tells you my move is the 17 he wasn’t having it and was upset. Those people need to pay attention he definitely wasn’t busy. You could have shot a cannonball through the place. I didn’t care for the attitude it was rude. Maybe having a bad day. Wrong customer to display towards. Gives me all the reason not to use with that type of attitude, sure you will gain others but you showed a customer of whom could have your bolster business. Write only the truth and give others an opportunity to think before purchase.
