- The gate at this location has been left open for days and no one can be reached. Multiple people have had their units broken into. There are a bunch of units that have been ransacked and left open. I'm going to jump ship as soon as possible. There is NO security at this place.

- Really liked National Storage. Someone was always on site, night and day. Since prime has taken over, communication wasnt clear at first. Then they changed the way to enter the gate code and just tapped the instructions at the key pad. Not very clear on how to enter it the new way. Should have emailed the instructions so I would be better prepared instead of trying to figure it out in the dark at 10 at night 10 times.

- I'm just now moving over from another facility, so I can't give more than first impressions. The buildings are solid and clean. The driveways are nice and wide with a center gutter so it's easy to get past other vehicles and the units should stay dry. My only issue (and this applies to every storage place I know) is that they misrepresent the size of the units. My 10x25 actually has closer to 9.5x24 feet of usable space. It doesn't sound like a big deal, but when you are planning out shelves and such, it can make a big difference.

- I moved from another Extra Space Storage in my town because they did not want to do business with me anymore because I was late leaving 4 times. So I book another unit at another Extra Space Storage thinking they were all privately owned. So they let me book the unit, get all my stuff moved in, and then as I’m leaving the 3rd day after my last load the manager comes out and says I can’t rent from them that I have to move my stuff immediately. Also my latch on my unit would not close in order for me to put my lock on because the latch was all screwed up.

- The experience with Public Storage Store #21017 was great on all levels. Service and response was great, the facility is a great value for the money compared to other parts of Santa Rosa with high tech security and on-site managers that really pay attention. The roughest part has been giving a review that does not require me to create an account on Yelp or Google. I want to tell the world that this is a great facility buy I don't want to register for accounts to do so.
