Service and response was great, the facility is a great value for the money compared to other parts of Santa Rosa with high tech security and on-site managers that really pay attention. The roughest part has been giving a review that does not require me to create an account on Yelp or Google. I want to tell the world that this is a great facility buy I don't want to register for accounts to do so.

- I moved from another Extra Space Storage in my town because they did not want to do business with me anymore because I was late leaving 4 times. So I book another unit at another Extra Space Storage thinking they were all privately owned. So they let me book the unit, get all my stuff moved in, and then as I’m leaving the 3rd day after my last load the manager comes out and says I can’t rent from them that I have to move my stuff immediately. Also my latch on my unit would not close in order for me to put my lock on because the latch was all screwed up.
