- I booked this online, and they showed me one room, but after I told them I was a spare foot customer I was moved to a spot in the middle of two doors. Second I was told 55 a month but the first two months were half off. Well I was charged a full charge for the first month as well as an additional 20 surcharge for moving in. I felt like I was swindled and am upset about the fact I'm not getting what I was promised.

- I've had things stored at this location long enough to have known at least 4 different managers and all have been very friendly. When I repeatedly had problems with the latch sticking, they called in a handyman to fix it that same day. Sometimes I wish it was a bit brighter at night, especially when I need to get something from the unit and I'm the only one on the premises... but I've learned to take a flashlight with me. And while I appreciate that rent increases were recently postponed, I would hope and suggest that we get ample warning before the next rent hike. Many of us have lost work and/or clients with the pandemic and need enough lead time to re-budget before costs go up. The last thing I want to do is move to another facility. I would miss the familiar faces at Citizens.
