In particular, Jay, assisted me on several occasions, including following up on my reservations, giving me straightforward driving directions...definitely went above and beyond "great customer service" in the traditional sense of the expression. The storage facility is conveniently located right off the freeway, clean, secure, and my unit is more spacious and clean than I had expected. I'm definitely satisfied with Public Storage all the way around and would not hesitate to recommend them highly to anyone in need.

- Had an amazing experience at Hollywood Storage Center. I originally booked online to reserve my unit and Gary called me for the follow up. He acknowledged my reservation but also advised of a unit of the same type available with better and easily accessible. Upon arrival Gary greeted me and then had a co worker assist me and looking at the two units. This was great and new for me I have rented from storage centers before and never actually got to see my unit ahead of time. Riding through the facility it was extremely clean, love the theme of the lot being that is closely resembled a real studio lot down to color street names, which I thought was fun and made it more interesting. After the tour I picked out my unit. Gary helped me get a lock and throughly explained all the details in regards to my unit including access time, and other rules. I was extremely pleased with service and pricing which was well priced compared to other units in the area. Move in was a breeze they had push carts readily available and also advise we can call if we are unable to find one. Like I said Celebrity treatment right there. I would recommend storing your belongings here as the facility is clean and you will get excellent service. Even the interactions with customers who already had storage here was friendly so it goes to show they have a great relationship with their customers!

- This is a terrific facility compared to others I had to experience in the state. It's fairly new and in great shape. It's in a good location with government buildings and residences around. There are no dilapidated vehicles stored there. Michelle at the front desk is very nice and helpful. And most importantly to me, there seem to be few businesses operating out of here (ie being there late at night and giving the gate code to every contractor. That's how I got burglarized in Van Nuys). I have some minor concerns about security: You can chose your own gate code (you know someone will just use a trivial one), the fences are a little low (easy to jump), and the lights were out on the covered spots when I visited. Because of the other factors though (see above) it still felt much safer than other facilities I've used.
