- After reserving a unit online, it took about 5 minutes to complete the paperwork and obtain my unit. I would recommend you ask the clerk to go with you to the unit, as I did not and the unit had a lock on it. However, I called the office and they came to remove it immediately.

- Fantastic experience at this Public Storage. Jay at the front desk couldn't have been more helpful and friendly. The units are very clean and well kept, and access is easy via two large elevators. Neighborhood is safe, and easy to get to off the freeway. I'd recommend this facility to anyone needing quality storage at prices much more reasonable than you'll find further towards L.A. A very positive experience all around.

- I've had things stored at this location long enough to have known at least 4 different managers and all have been very friendly. When I repeatedly had problems with the latch sticking, they called in a handyman to fix it that same day. Sometimes I wish it was a bit brighter at night, especially when I need to get something from the unit and I'm the only one on the premises... but I've learned to take a flashlight with me. And while I appreciate that rent increases were recently postponed, I would hope and suggest that we get ample warning before the next rent hike. Many of us have lost work and/or clients with the pandemic and need enough lead time to re-budget before costs go up. The last thing I want to do is move to another facility. I would miss the familiar faces at Citizens.
