- This review is for the Northridge facility in 9341 Shirley Ave. How evil these peple are!!! The worst, rude and just two faced evils... After coerced by being acting good to get my business, I had to cancel due to my final destination was in OC which was 70 miles away & so I let them know that I had no choice but to cancel. That is when their true ugly personality start showing. I told them, let's be nice after all this is a holiday season & I gave you guys a raving 5 stars review. Boy, they said, Google reviews don't scare us & we don't care about your review and just rude and evil as they can be. Everyone, avoid these two faced rude facility!!!

- I wasn't real happy the original unit I rented on line said was inside but was not so needed to "upgrade" to an inside unit and had a $10 transfer fee that I think should have been waived. April was great for providing info though. I'm using their new blue tooth unit with wireless access which seems to be hit or miss on the gates but better with access to the unit. Still needs some work though for the additional cost.
