- This place was so clean and secure. The staff was so helpful and friendly and made sure I was able to get in/out of my storage unit as well as lock it up properly. She actually had me complete a return demonstration to make sure I could do it properly, which was helpful, b/c I would have been stuck otherwise. I've been to other type of storage facilities where they just give you the number and direct you where to go and that's the end of it. Helena walked me all the way to the unit, made sure it was the right size, had me return demonstrate the lock, and helped get through the sign in process seamlessly. I would recommend this storage facility.

- I was really nervous about renting a storage unit because i've never had to rent one before and I was concerned about the cost as well as it being in a safe location and the cleanliness of the unit. I'm very happy with this location and the manager AUSTIN!!! He guided me through the whole process which was QUICK and painless! He answered all my questions and made sure I got the unit that was best for me. He gave me a tour and told me tips on how I could get my things in the quickest and easiest way. I appreciated it all! He was very friendly, caring, and professional! Ask for him and he will take care of you. I'm thankful I do not have to worry now and can tell others my experience if they too find themselves in the same situation!:) P.s. The unit is very clean and well lit!

- I can't say enough good things about our agent Cryssi at public storage in Pacoima. I arrived with a cat in the car that had gotten sick in her carrier. I was upset and crying. She told me to bring the carrier inside and she would help me. And she did! I started to calm down immediately. I was feeling overheated and upset about the situation and she even offered me an ensure drink to give me a little energy. She went over and above her job description, and I'll never forget it or her. We are all going on yelp to give 5 stars to your location. We love Cryssi?

- I went in to the office to check on a storage unit I was interested in. There was a woman before me that was completely irate and completely belligerent. Dustin handled himself very calmly attempting to de-escalate the situation. Despite the consistent swearing and yelling, he kept his cool. I didn't not reserve my unit right away. After considering my options, I decided to get a smaller unit, but wanted to make sure to come back to this location because of Dustin's professionalism.
