- From the beginning, manager Shay provided amazing customer service. She promptly called me to confirm my appointment and was very professional. Once I got to the facility Shay helped me find the right size for an amazing price. The light bulb in the unit did not work but Shay told me that wouldn't be an issue she would get that fixed for me as soon as possible. Ray was also at the faculty during my sign up and he was able to answer any questions that I had. These two are the Dinamic Duo! I had reservations about coming to rent at public storage, but with these two at the property I am confident my items will be protected and my future visits to the facility will be just as friendly and professional as the first. I would recommend this storage facility to anyone. - The only thing this a bit disconcerting is that I was told from a person who has a unit a few doors down from mine that the floor was broken into about 6 months prior and that insurance did nothing and the mgmt didn't inform the renter until a few days after the burglary happened. Also the security camera in the office isn't working so I would definitely ask that mgmt please get that working.
