- Nice facility. Troubled with all the pesky rules and penalties seemed to trip up customers. I mean, no garbage cans, but will levy $500 for littering? That is disturbing. Minimal insurance pricing by unit size instead of customer's decided value of the insured also seems grabby to me. This is the one I find the most troubling. Must use the mobile app to access the facility and by extension my unit. What if there is a dysfunction in communication or connectivity issues or a simple device defect or loss, then no access?

- I needed to find a storage unit and only had a and only had a few hours to do so.. I called Trojan storage and Trojan storage and within minutes I had a store I had a storage space reserved it's reserved. After I reserve the unit I picked up a load of things that needed to be moved into storage and went to Trojan storage and within 20 minutes, I had my unit and I was moving my stuff in. The staff was very helpful and the place was extremely clean and they have great gate hours.
