- I just signed up for a unit after several weeks of coordinating and planning my decision. Jason, the on-site manager at this location, went above and beyond the call of duty by consistently providing me with honest, useful information. Never once did I feel like I was speaking to a salesman who was trying to push me to make decisions that weren't in my best interest - quite the opposite! He made the entire experience easy and pleasant, and really sets an example of how the customer service experience should be like. It didn't hurt that I got a great deal too! Great experience overall.

- The customer service is excellent. The facility is clean and convenient. The later hours is a huge bonus! However the narrow shape of the units, and doors make the space square footage less than ideal. Prices are below the going rates. The reason I'm not giving this 5 stars and would not recommend this facility is because it's fully automated with keyless entry. Not only do I have zero trust that this type of system can't be hacked... if you're relying on the app, you have to have your phone with you, charged and location tracking on. I don't feel comfortable with that set up. So I bought the key fob option. But the second time I tried to access my unit, the fob didn't work to open my unit. It worked to open the gate, hallway doors, restroom... But not my unit. Fortunately the office was open or I would've needed to call the hotline and hope remotely they could help me. The staff had taken the extra steps to test my phone app and key fob when I initially rented. Then they were quick to resolve the key fob issue and get me in my unit. However if I was having trouble with extra walking, limited on time, or paying by the hour for moving help (all which I was) this was an extra hassle for me. Over all I like everything about this facility, outside of the shape of the unit. But the keyless entry makes me very concerned and is less than ideal.

- Unfortunately I just moved in and they let me borrow two carts to move my stuff in. Never did they tell me there is a one cart limit. I went back a couple days later and they said I could only borrow one at a time even though we had two IDs. The person at the desk said they were extremely busy. When I went to grab my cart they were all there and none borrowed. Just don't understand the service.
