- They claimed to have sent us notification by mail, in February of 2014, that evidence of Home Owners Insurance would be required or StaxUp Storage Insurance would be applied to our account at $9.00 per month starting March 1, 2014. We did not receive this notification. They could not provide us with any proof that they had either sent us this notification or that we had received such notification. The monthly billing is to our credit card. We didn't discover the change in billing until March of 2015. StaxUp Storage refused to credit our account for the $117.00 they charged us for insurance. We do have Home Owners Isurance and we would have provided the necessary proof of Insurance.

- Friendly and polite staff. Very clean. However some of the characters renting spaces made me uncomfortable. I don't think persons on bikes should be allowed to enter the facilities. I felt uncomfortable with a guy just lurking around on his bike staring at me. Other than that. I probably wouldn't go at night, but during the day the office managers and staff are wonderful. And I told him my issue, and he followed me back to my storage for safety.

I was first quoted a price over the phone, but when I actually arrived at Sun City Mini, not only was the staff wonderful and freely broke the whole storing process down to me in simple terms but, the price was much, much lower than my over the phone quote, now that was a big surprise. When does that ever happen? I use to say never clearly I can't say that anymore. So, yes, I honestly had a pleasant experience, plus the unit was tall and clean. Great place.

We had some issues , but Mark handled them like a pro.. he was ill for the days we were there and still maintained a level of professionalism.. all the while smiling and making better recommendations. I understand the person who is there now is not Mark and totally opposite of Mark... I would not send anyone there with the new guys attitude. unless you change him or his attitude to be more a receptive customer service , We chose this place due to the closeness to the residence.
