- This facility is well kept, lighted, and very spacious. Everything is easy to find, (office, carts to rent, etc) The staff is kind and very helpful. When I forgot to pay my bill the manager called me and reminded me my payment was not received so I was able to still pay that bill on time so it was never late. A big deal to people trying to bump their credit score!! I had a wonderful experience renting here, and would definitely rent from this facility in the future. I will be recommending this facility to my friends and colleagues., Thank you for your services. My only concern was during COVID they started closing down around 3 pm and I was not able to access my storage after that time. It was right before I got off work so i ended up not being able to access my storage for like a month due to my work schedule I got off after 3pm everyday. I hope they are back on to regular operating hours.

- I rented a 9x11 unit about a week before I moved in. When I got there with my truck loaded with all my stuff and before I started unloading I realized the unit I had rented was not big enough. So I went to the office and told them my problem and the person there (I do not remember her name) offered to come out and evaluate the situation. She agreed with me that I needed a bigger space and so she showed me a larger unit that I agreed would fit my stuff. We went to the office and she transferred units with only a small additional charge and it worked out great. I actually filled the larger unit with almost no extra space. The lady that helped me (I wish I could remember her name) was great!

- I would not recommend this place to anyone. i chose this place because having AAA, the price is very reasonable, of course when i went in to sign paper work the man inside wouldn't even try to scan my card because it wasn't a physical card, it was through the AAA app. He refused to take it because " there was no expiration date " which there was, he said " his computer wouldn't scan it " he didn't even try. Therefore i had to miss out on all the benefits. Which i'm pretty sure AAA didn't make a "My card app " for it not to work. I sucked it up and paid for everything. I asked them to set me up with a u-haul and the man agreed, of course he forgot to do so and sent us off. After trying to find a u-haul place that was still open, we found one loaded it up and headed to the storage unit. I got there after office hours had closed and found my unit still had their padlock on it. I was so over this place but i was not going to head back home pay u-haul and extra day and search for another storage unit. I had to call the emergency security number and explain to them what happened. They connected me to the man that helped me earlier and he said he would be there in 20 mins. It ended up taking him almost 2 hours to get there. I was so frustrated, you only have access to your unit until 9p.m. and if you are there past 9 you get a fine.. I wasn't very happy with the fact that it was 20 to 9 when he finally showed up. When he finally got there all he told me was " I'll give you extra access time and knock $10 off your bill " $10?! I thought the first month was free considering i had to pay $130 for the first month and $20 for a lock but no they are calling me, emailing me saying my rent is past due . So i guess i have to fork up another $100 for the 16 days I've had the unit. This place is a mess . As i said before i would not recommend it.
