- I have only been to the unit twice and both times it was hotter than 80. The first time it was around 90. My car read 84 and it was hotter on the 3rd floor, about 90. I have since put a thermometer in my unit. It was 82, which was the same as the outside temperature. This is supposed to be a climate controlled unit kept at 80 degrees or less. Also, the first night I was there someone had urinated in the elevator. I also saw a homeless person with dirty tattered clothes trying to sneak out. He must've stuck in somehow. When I was there Thursday, the door to go out did not work. Unfortunately, I didn't have time to get another unit, but unless some serious changes are made, I will be removing my items once I move into my new apartment.

- I went to check in during normal business hours, nobody was in the office, after waiting 45 minutes I had to leave and return back the next day. Inconvenient! the outside drive up storage unit I recieved had insects so I had to switch to another unit. they gave me a bigger unit for the same price even though I didnt really need the extra space, but for sure I didnt want the one insects. Price was fair, there was added administrative $35 fee, and another $12.00 for insurance, so advertised price was not exactly as stated.
