Finally after about 30 minutes someone magically appeared at the facility. I did like that they provide a very solid lock and 3 keys. Hopefully th rates don't start creeping up.

Location of business is questionable. More Surveillance cameras would be great as well. Unlimited access would be optimal for a great storage facility experience.
