- First of all when I was showed where my unit was I was already parked in the front by the rental office side so I could get to my unit. Unfortunately, he directed me to the back of the facility. I said well I guess where I am at I could really go in on this side. It wasn't until I kept stating well I'm alread on this side, he finally said oh well the elevator broke yesterday & it should be fixed next week. I said why didn't you just say that in the first place. Secondly, if only 1 elevator is work for the ENTIRE WEEKEND, is there any reason the facility cannot fix it sooner? Then upon talking to tenants cuz everyone had to use the same elevator, it was learned that the elevator had been out for over 2 months. So please get it fixed this is unprofessional. I also asked the staff since it was broken is there was a reason why all the carts weren't in the back and he promptly said well we divided them between the two entrances. I said obviously since you only have one side open can you please bring all the carts to the backside, staff wanted to argue and then said, yeah when I can, I will bring them over. Sorry yet if we are paying for the facility to be up n running properly & you expect us to pay, I am speaking for everyone, we expect the facility to be in working condition so we can all use it. Aside from that it was clean, and my unit was clean as well. One little side note the numbers of the units on the wall by the elevator, were SOOOOOOO small no one could read them. Maybe make it more legible so everyone can read it so you can find your unit. I had friends helping & they tried to locate my unit and could not. Thank you and please please please repair the elevator ASAP

- Everything is great except for the fact that you have to go in and leave your license to use a truck or cart. I have had other had other storage units where the the carts and trucks are within the confines of the security fences. Making it easer rather then getting out of the car to input a code walk back to the office to get the cart and input the code again to walk back to the unit. I'm not a lazy person but it just seems a little extreme. Other then that everything else is great.

- Everything went well. The storage was a perfect fit. And I even ended up getting the unit for the promotion of $1 for the 1st month when they orginally gave me 50% off, so that was a plus. A negative was after signing everything they called me the next day stating I had to return to sign the contract. That was an inconvenience. Also they have a bird nesting above the stairs where my unit is and there is bird droppings all over the stairs and that's just unsanitary. Other then those two things everything else was good.

- They are very good with their lock checks. I had my lock not secure a couple times and they informed me. When I was moving out and had trouble taking out my lock off my storage, Javier was efficient to come by and help out. Once he got to my unit, he knew exactly was wrong and got it out in literally 2 minutes! He is polite and provides amazing customer service. The facility is clean and well kept and I would definitely recommend my friends to store their belongings there.

It would be better if in had a small mini step or kerf in front...wheels of the dolly kept getting hung up...getting in the door was ok but the step going to the next level was so close to the door and it would close rapidly and made it difficult to pull the dolly up.

- Overall this is a good Public Storage facility and location. Pros: Rented a unit in less than 30 minutes including viewing of two units on the 1st and 3rd floor, reserving a space online and signing all the paperwork at the counter. Manager Denice is an amazing person. She is very courteous, knowledgable and professional. It was a real pleasure to complete this business transaction with her assistance. Highly recommend. Cons: You need to leave your DL with a front desk rep when using their restroom. Installing push button lock and camera in front of the restroom would make it safer and easier for everyone. Another omission on the part of the management is you need to leave your DL when using their 4-wheeled cart. The difference in working hours of office and access gates makes it very inconvenient. Leaving the carts by the elevator will make the lives of many customers much easier. Office Hours Mon-Fri 9:30am to 6:00pm Sat-Sun 9:30am to 5:00pm Access Hours Mon-Sun 6:00am to 9:00pm

- The young woman who helped me was very nice and informative. She showed me the unit which was very clean and nice and near the front door which is very convenient for me. I've been looking at storage units for about 1 year now and this is by far the best price. I even upgraded from the original one I was going to get because the price was so good. One thing to know is that they don't have moving carts, but that is a small price to pay for the convenience and much cheaper cost than other companies.
