- I moved storage units to this one because it was a THIRD of what i was paying for my 10x10. The guy at the front desk was friendly and prompt, and my rental came with a cylinder lock, opposed to other places where i would have to purchase the lock separately. Very convenient and considerate for customer! On top of that, the place is clean and easily accessible! I highly recommend this storage facility!

- I have only been to the unit twice and both times it was hotter than 80. The first time it was around 90. My car read 84 and it was hotter on the 3rd floor, about 90. I have since put a thermometer in my unit. It was 82, which was the same as the outside temperature. This is supposed to be a climate controlled unit kept at 80 degrees or less. Also, the first night I was there someone had urinated in the elevator. I also saw a homeless person with dirty tattered clothes trying to sneak out. He must've stuck in somehow. When I was there Thursday, the door to go out did not work. Unfortunately, I didn't have time to get another unit, but unless some serious changes are made, I will be removing my items once I move into my new apartment.

- (Sorry but this is how I feel.) I am trying to load my items into my unit. (On previous visits I have told the main office guy about the blown out light bulb.) I am really upset that the overhead light for my unit has not been replaced. (No light bulbs he said) On top of that the motion sensor timer for the all the units goes off and I am plunged into complete darkness. I think he should take a bulb from a unit thats not rented put it in above my space and put more time on those motion sensors if possible!! 1 positive thing is the african american maintainance person is a very good worker. Each time I come he has the place cleaned up. Never just hanging out.

- I went to check in during normal business hours, nobody was in the office, after waiting 45 minutes I had to leave and return back the next day. Inconvenient! the outside drive up storage unit I recieved had insects so I had to switch to another unit. they gave me a bigger unit for the same price even though I didnt really need the extra space, but for sure I didnt want the one insects. Price was fair, there was added administrative $35 fee, and another $12.00 for insurance, so advertised price was not exactly as stated.
