- The facility is convenient, affordable, and secure. Staff is polite and well-trained. I did feel that the stated sizes of the units was optimistic, at best, and that one finds out that the stored items must be insured only at the point of signing the contract. I have insurance already but had to call my agent and get proof faxed to Public Storage.

- I made my reservation on-line and received a follow up call promptly with an invitation to visit the property from Kody. When I got there Arlene took me through the process and I was a happy camper. You do have to replace your light bulbs more frequently. Since you can't have any within the unit we rely heavily on the light in the hallway.

- Garry on the phone was incredible personable, nice, and knowledgable and talked me through getting an incredible deal. I wish I could leave him a personal review. The location of the facility isn't the best but the staff were also very personable and had a nice sense of humor. Everything was transparent and easy. Only issue I had is that upon viewing my unit, there was a massive hole in the wall (bigger than my fist) and because of that I am nervous about bugs or rodents getting into my things, but other than that it was a nearly perfect experience! Love Public Storage.

- I can't say enough about how wonderful TEA and BECKY are to work with at this Public Storage (PS) location on Del Amo in Torrance. TEA has an amazing attitude and was so helpful and patient even though I had to call her several times with questions. Becky was also great and gave me a tour of the units. She very patiently opened several units until I found one I liked. Love that Public Storage offers the first month at $1 for 5x10 units and there are no penalties if you do not rent a 2nd month. Any company that is so easy to work and generous with their policies gets my business!!!
