I would have given the property 5-Stars, but the unit was substantially smaller than advertised, (it is listed as 5'X10' but is actually 4'6"X9'). A queen size mattress is exactly 5' wide, so I couldn't fit it sideways. The location is great, and I feel safe with my belongings stored there.

Also, half of my unit is at half height so I'm losing a lot of storage capacity and have to kneel down to access the back half of my unit. You can see this wasn't how the unit was initially built. It was reconfigured, most likely to increase the amount of lockers they can rent out.

So for 10-15 minutes, I had to stand there while the customer service agent tried to figure it out. Thankfully there was still a room available and the agent was very helpful and thorough for the rest of the interaction, but the cancelled reservation was simply unacceptable.
