- ...the hours aren't quite long enough and the thing that really ended up being my issue, was the fact that you can come to your storage unit anytime till 9pm, but you can't use the carts they provide anytime after office hours which happens to be 6pm!!! (Thanks for lettin me know this crucial bit of information before I got there at 6:30pm with a truck load of stuff!) >=[ That really made things quite difficult. And the elevator that closes on you within 3 seconds of opening doesn't help much either. Especially when your trying to take item by item up to the 3rd floor. So yeah, I'd like to give them a higher rating... ...but, unfortunately, the above mentioned issues drop my rating down to 3 stars. =(

- I have just two bits of negative feedback: 1. They require insurance to protect my stuff. It's my stuff and should be my choice. This is an obvious attempt to increase profit. And shameful because they don't make this clear until you arrive. 2. They bill for the whole month. If you move out mid-month, you still pay for that whole month regardless of when your lease started.
