- Our RV was stolen from this facility. It is gated and has key code access. They have “security” cameras but they only save the footage for 90 days! So that is NO help. They do space checks weekly and saw that my RV had not been in the space for MONTHS but didn’t bother to call me and check? What’s the point of the space check? I’ve been paying for an empty space for months. I filed a police report. We’ll see how Extra Space handles this going forward. Obviously they are not as secure as they claim to be.

- Best rate in the area as mentioned... and I called around to a lot of others. My unit was inside a building that was on a raise foundation so I'm not concerned with any water issues... plus, it hardly rains in the desert!!! The place was very clean and didn't notice any evidence of rodents or roaches. Good sign!!! I wasn't sure where this storage place was but it turned out it was down the street from my condo and very convenient. The person in the office was very sweet and quick to get me into my storage unit. She explained everything in detail. I like that there is a separate code to enter (and exit) the storage complex gate and to the different building doors. The unit was clean and level. Larger than we expected but we'll certainly fill it. We were told that we could always move to a larger unit (if available).
