- I expect great satisfying customer service where I decide to spend my money, and I believe this storage facility deserves more than five stars. I have rented here now for over 6 months or so. Irene the manager of the facility is so friendly, since the day I came in looking for a storage unit for my upcoming move. I had no idea what I needed but she asked a few questions, she evaluated the size I needed showed me the facility and the size unit she was recommending, I wasn't ready to rent then she offered to hold the unit so I can think about it so we did I came in a day or 2 after did paperwork and she also recommended the size boxes I would need depending of what I was storing she just went above and beyond I didn't feel pressured at all I can tell she cares for her customers, I've been in the office a few times making my payment and when other customers come in she knows them by name and that just means that she cares. Thank you, Irene and Public Storage for having such hardworking and caring employees like her. I do recommend this to anyone in need of extra space.

Recently I got transferred to Ventura county and was surprised to see that they had another facility in Oxnard and even more surprised when I found out that Wayne the manager from Ontario was now the manager in Oxnard.
