They had a great move in special, affordable rates, a secure locked facility, and not only a truck to use to move your things, but people to pick it all up, load it and unload it into your storage space for you. Amazing! There was a good vibe in the office, very friendly and professional and the movers were really warm and helpful. They were flexible and responsive. - I left a 5X10 storage due to an increase two months after my unit was broken into. Precious priceless valuables were stolen and then to increase my fee was tacky, so I left. Cubesmart offered a 10X15 for nearly half of what I was about to pay so I jumped on it. Booking online was easy. The email and text communications were clear and I actually moved in 3 days earlier. When I noticed no one at the storage facility, I called the number posted, someone answered immediately and directed me to the office. I was shown the unit and move in was wast the same day. I highly recommend this location.

- I have used multiple public storage's and have dealt with many of there employees, but I have to say the property manager Nicole here is absolutely by far the best. She is always super sweet and helpful. She goes out of her way to assist and satisfy her customers. Nicole is always polite patient and professional no matter what is going on. I've seen Nicole in action she had a customer that was yelling at her and being rude. She also had myself and 3 other waiting not to mention the rental she was doing. Nicole never lost her cool she was AMAZING. I always make sure to go when she is working because she is the only one at that property that actually does anything and makes sure your helped and satisfied. I've gone there when she's off and its just not the same. The other girls there are not friendly or helpful there always on there phone and most of the time the office will be locked lights off . I know I sure do appreciate it Nicole she is the best. Your lucky to have someone as talented and dedicated to her job as she is. Nicole there does the job of 2 at least this property use to always have 2 people staffed there but ever since Nicole has been up here she is always by herself and she does an amazing job and yet when she's not working there are two and the service is terrible. NICOLE YOUR THE BEST

- Your on the property staff is extremely rude don't know how to talk to a customer I purchased my unit a day earlier so I can move in the next day,she asked when I will I be moving in I told her tomorrow ,so I rented a truck went there and they still had there lock on there so I called no one answer so I called back a few time until they answer so I asked can someone come and unlock the unit she starts to hollering and screaming say that are on lunch and only reason she answered is because I kept calling and then hangs up in my face very very rude if I had more time I would have turned around and rent from someone else business

- It's not the cleanest place. Have seen a cigarette butt in the hallway, an empty alcohol bottle, plastic, wipes and masks and cans in the parking lot. Are there supposed to be lights in the space because I don't have one. Why is there only one small cart to use and people don't return it to the designated spot. Very hard to move boxes without the use of a cart! The other day I ran into a questionable person who startled me. Really not cool as a female to go there alone, it's spooky. I would never go there at night!!
