- El espacio es grande y limpio, buena atención y parece un lugar seguro, tiene varias cámaras moviéndose constantemente...me parecio muy bien tener el acceso a las unidades inmediatamente despues de pasar la puerta de descarga y tener un código individual...lo único que me preocupa un poco es que si alguien pueda tener acceso a tu código de seguridad es fácil para esa persona acceder al piso donde uno esta rentando la unidad, aunque hay cámaras y se registra quien entra no se como el personal administrativo se puede dar cuenta cuando alguien está entrando sin autorización y como se enterarian si alguien quisiera ingresar a alguna unidad rompiendo la cerradura, que tipo de alerta recibirian en la oficina y si llegara a suceder en que tiempo se comunicarian para informar del acceso ilegal y que medidas usarian para proteger la unidad mientras esperan que revisemos la unidad para verificar lo que se guarda en la bodega?

She Immediately stopped what she was doing and came to asked me if i needed help.. She was very sweet and pretty and opened the door for me, you dont see allot of young folks that still do that for older people like me. she began to ask me questions, and i told her i am only shopping at the moment just checking prices. i plan to move out of the state soon and i need to store some items i cant take. i really enjoyed my conversation with her, because she actually got to know me and not just try to sell me a storage. - Needing to put tons of stuff in storage is NEVER easy. And choosing a good storage space can be even worse. But when I spoke to Phelicia on the telephone, it was her thorough professionalism and kindness that made the decision quite easy. And since getting the space, she is ALWAYS consistently helpful and ALWAYS treating her "tenants" with respect and patience. She's always working (it seems like 24 hours a day!), but she never seems to get burnt out. Storage can be a pain, it's hard work moving things around, it's stressful when you get there late, but walking through the door and seeing Phelicia's smile makes it all better. I wish she could train every employee at every company around the world! She rocks!
