- The office is close to the entrance gate. The paperwork was broke down in very simple ways so that there isn't any misunderstanding. I feel that my belongings and myself are safe while there. One thing that seems a little bit much is the $200 lock in fee they charge when they lock gates exactly at 7:00. But overall they seem professional and vary fair on their rates and late fees.

When I went to 245 Hookston Road, the front office lady Dominica greeted my and my husband friendly and explained everything clearly and professionally. - Everything is great except for the issue if the"required" insurance coverage. That was a cost that was not indicated in the website. The employee was wearing a mask so it was difficult too hear. While in the hallway we were informed that the insurance would be an extra$4 a month. We added $4 to the$95 in our head and verbally agreed that the price was still going to be under$100. When we were back in the office we were informed it was$12/month. The employee denied telling us it was$4 was emphatic that$12 is the lowest insurance but if you have homeowners insurance or renters insurance that covers items outside the home then the$12 is waived. Again if that was started in the website I would have brought that. I felt that it was a hidden cost and not being fourth coming.
