- First of all when I was showed where my unit was I was already parked in the front by the rental office side so I could get to my unit. Unfortunately, he directed me to the back of the facility. I said well I guess where I am at I could really go in on this side. It wasn't until I kept stating well I'm alread on this side, he finally said oh well the elevator broke yesterday & it should be fixed next week. I said why didn't you just say that in the first place. Secondly, if only 1 elevator is work for the ENTIRE WEEKEND, is there any reason the facility cannot fix it sooner? Then upon talking to tenants cuz everyone had to use the same elevator, it was learned that the elevator had been out for over 2 months. So please get it fixed this is unprofessional. I also asked the staff since it was broken is there was a reason why all the carts weren't in the back and he promptly said well we divided them between the two entrances. I said obviously since you only have one side open can you please bring all the carts to the backside, staff wanted to argue and then said, yeah when I can, I will bring them over. Sorry yet if we are paying for the facility to be up n running properly & you expect us to pay, I am speaking for everyone, we expect the facility to be in working condition so we can all use it. Aside from that it was clean, and my unit was clean as well. One little side note the numbers of the units on the wall by the elevator, were SOOOOOOO small no one could read them. Maybe make it more legible so everyone can read it so you can find your unit. I had friends helping & they tried to locate my unit and could not. Thank you and please please please repair the elevator ASAP

He was very courteous and polite, and showed where and opened the outer door to the unit for us. He even helped us throw away the trash. - I had lost my storage unit 5 yrs ago with about 20 yrs of tools and equipment. So needless to say I was damaged goods, lol. It was not only the great price I was given but more than anything the staff. The manager I forget his name so we will call him Mexican dude and the other manager I forget her name but we’ll call her pretty white girl. So between the two of them they have made me feel welcomed and comfortable in this facility despite the trauma and loss I had gone through. Due to unforeseen circumstances caused by jealous ignorant idiots, I mean people I had to move out of my shop and no longer welcomed by some of my family. Since my work is located in the area I have set this location up as storage for my specialized tools as well as my prized hi-fi audio equipment. So thanks to this facility and it’s wonderful staff I am able to continue striving forward in hope that I may one day regain what I have lost due to these individuals that constantly harass me. Thank you mexican dude and white girl or should I say staff at extra space storage facility on south state college blvd., your kindness and hard work is greatly appreciated.

- Manager was helpful and patient with getting us the right unit for storage. The facility was clean overall, however, the public restroom was in need of some attention. There was no toilet paper and torn paper products scattered all over the floor. This is my first experience renting storage space so I really have nothing to compare it to. Aside from the condition of the bathroom in the office area, we have been very pleased.

- Is a guess spot to store belongings, very helpful handyman on site…only two things I would recommend improvement on…lighting in actual unit…if u don’t bring ur own battery powered light u can’t really see…and the hours are not very convenient 10-5 on Sunday 9-6 Monday thru sat maybe that’s just inconvenient for MY SCHEDULE seeing how I work in Los Angeles and don’t get home till after 6 and start way before 9 so I need to be able to access the unit after those times (but auto pay allows until 9 pm)
