The staff people at the office are very friendly, however I must say that the length of time that was needed to fill out all the forms to lease a unit was way too long, I felt sorry for the people were in line and had to wait for us to finish our paperwork. I do not understand why is so long and complicated, but that is the way it is. Otherwise I like the place and I recommend it.

- I called about 5 days ago to secure this unit and to reserve the free move-in truck (thinking it might not be possible, because it was so last minute), but I was quickly accommodated with great prices and customer service. Yesterday was move in day, and I have to say it was the easiest move I've ever done (I move ALOT)! The truck was easy and reliable to use, the return was simple and quick. The facility is well maintained and we had the ability to use a lift and flat dolly's on the premises to make our move a lot easier! I have stored my belongings at a few other facilities and I must say, so far I am already happier with Storage West!

- I just rented my space, and haven't had to deal with any problems at the site yet. My rental process was easy and agreeable, the manager was super helpful and kind. The space was very specific - I wanted a drive-up medium size space with a roll up door- and this was the only place I could find a unit that met my needs. I only gave 4 stars because their open hours are very short and I'm sure that will be a problem in the future for me. But this is the only negative thing that I can see happening at this time.
