After we removed all our belongings from storage, I wanted to get a copy of receipts for the 2 storage units we were using. I called Kyle to get a copy of the print out because we realized my email used was incorrect. He remembered us and that we had 2 storage and was aware that we just finished using the storage like last week. I was amazed that he remembered us and that he was quick to print out our receipts for us to pick up. Every time we called, he was amazing at helping us out and knowledgable. We went to this facility because we wanted a drive up to unload our truck... the access is awesome. We would rather make the drive for a drive up versus one that is inside the building or upstairs.... that would STRESS me out. THANK YOU KYLE FOR YOUR AMAZING SERVICE....
