- I reserved a unit for a certain price, and they would not rent me my unit for that price. Instead I had to rent a smaller unit for more money. Then, despite having renters insurance that covers storage units, I was forced to buy extra insurance. Then I was given the wrong instructions about how to remove that insurance at a later time.

April was great for providing info though. I'm using their new blue tooth unit with wireless access which seems to be hit or miss on the gates but better with access to the unit. Still needs some work though for the additional cost.

- The hours are limited which poorly affects the average working 9-5 person. I don't see why it can't be converted into a 24 hour. The location is good. The place is clean. They force you to buy a lock and a few other hidden fees though a lot of storages do. Also they raised the rent after only a few months! Totally lame since you're not in a position to change storage places. They're ok if you want to store something that you don't plan on taking out or accessing often.

- My 10 by 10 storage locker is nice and cool on the bottom floor. Not super convenient to get to but not too bad either. The carts are helpful and have, so far, been readily available. I wish there was a light in the room but I guess I can pick up a battery operated lantern somewhere. The staff has been helpful and friendly. So far, I've had a positive experience.
