Your staff was very friendly un helpful and full of bs I was called on the phone and notified of the break in then your company said it never happened two months later I had an unauthorized payment on my account and all of my things were taken what a waste of time and money this has been and now I have been sent to collections for non payment check your phone records please everyone at the la cinega location should be fired I have reported you to the better business bureo and have continued to waste my time with the police

The only drawback is the ever-increasing cost to store stuff. I would hope that Public Storage wood provide long-time customers with rate discounts sometime in the near future.
