Minimal parking on the outside of entrance gate, weird angle to drive through exit gate, and I only seen one elevator, at least near my unit, and was a small one at that, capacity-wise, as it could only fit one cart. The carts are free from locks to use, as soon as you walk in the building, equidistant to entrance and elevator. Good lighting, slightly uneven floors, so dont stack carts too high or wide. Tyler was very pleasant to work with, which helped immensely to neutralize cons of this place.

- Kept items in a storage unit there for just over a year until I moved into an apt suitable for all my belongings. This was my first experience ever having to rent a storage unit so I having nothing to compare my experience to, but I imagine that my stay at this location with Ed & Jenny will be very very hard to top! No issues in my storage unit at all; didnt see any insects or have any foul smells. The facility is in great shape and I felt secure with my belongings there especially with Ed & Jenny keeping an eye on the property at all times. They truly care about their customers needs and seem to establish great relationships with everyone there.I looked forward to going there from time to time because of them, and anyone i went there with also felt the same way :)
