- The area it's located in is sorta shady. I don't feel comfortable going ther at night. A lot of shady people tend to hang around the area and it's fairly easy to get into. But during the day it's fine. Customer service could be better. The girl up front seemed overwhelmed and annoyed.

I just met Kaitlyn in person for the first time today since I haven't came to my unit in over a year & she was also very kind.
