- Staff was very friendly and this location was clean. Only reason they didn't get 5 stars is that they only have a limited amount of carts available for customers to use. If all are checked out (which is what happened in my case), I had to carry boxes from the car to the storage unit. They did offer to sell me a furniture dolly, but why should I have to buy one??? I didn't think this was right.

- I was satisfied with the price and their customer service. However, security and cleanliness seem to be lacking. Our unit's bar for the lock had been tampered with previously and partially broken although we were still able to secure with the lock through a second hole on the bar. We also noticed rat poison box near our unit. Lastly, there's no temperature control, so the inside of the unit was about 90 degrees. If I had visited the property before moving in, I probably wouldn't have selected this storage company.

- Everything at this location is fine except the the lighting. I noticed lighting in certain rows but unfortunately the row that I've been assigned to has lighting that does not work. With the time change, it can get very dark, very early. When I asked an employee, he stated that they will be fixed sometime in the future. I feel that not only does this cause a security and safety issue, but makes it harder to load or unload stuff into or from my storage unit. I hope this matter is resolved quickly. I also think since the gate hours are til 9pm, there should be some type of lighting inside storage units as well. Otherwise everything else is good. Thank you

- Everything is great except for the fact that you have to go in and leave your license to use a truck or cart. I have had other had other storage units where the the carts and trucks are within the confines of the security fences. Making it easer rather then getting out of the car to input a code walk back to the office to get the cart and input the code again to walk back to the unit. I'm not a lazy person but it just seems a little extreme. Other then that everything else is great.
