- State of art security with attentive staff. Only complaint is facility provided carts are available to use ONLY during office hours and are small and wimpy. Not commercial grade at all. Surprising after the expensive structure and monthly rents to provide such cheap carts and limit their availability does not make sense.

- We had to upgrade size on last minute, so we were scrambling. We ended up paying 2 different storage at the same site. They did not cancelled one we did not used. It was a little harder to deal with because we were in overseas and we were not able to visit the site. We were able to rent the right size but our mover had to wait for one and half hours for me to complete the e-rental process.(no one at the site for 1 hour) Then the elevator was shout down 30 minutes before the mover was finishing. The mover had to go back to the storage to finish up moving.......it was hustle. Now we are dealing cancelling the one storage we never used. The person at the storage site was helping me to complete to rent a new size.

- When I went into the office and inquired about prices & sizes of storage units, I was informed that I could enter the facility at any time. When we finally packed our truck and went to put it in the unit, the facility was closed. This was the worst moving experience I've ever had. Being misinformed by the service representative, made placing my belongings into storage a nightmare from hell! Unfortunately, I had to roll with it and place my belongings into storage the next morning. I would never recommend Public Storage to anyone, especially when there are facilities that have better hours and do not misinform their prospective customers.
