- What made this 5 stars was the customer service. Jenyfer (spelling?) was incredibly helpful all day, despite being extremely busy with many other customers. She managed the work load well and always went the extra mile to make a stressful move go smoothly for me. The move-in appointment was also on time, which is surprising given the number of walk-in customers. The prices here were a bit cheaper than other locations. Yes, it's a little old and outdated but you're not living there :) It seemed like a secure location and she gave me tips to make it more secure.

The price is excellent compared to other wine storage places, as is the location near 101. The security appears comprehensive and easy to navigate. There are always dollies and carts to use. The wine area has a nice decorative touch. The staff person present has always been friendly and helpful.

He set an appointment time to come view the storage facility and specific unit. - I locked in a rate of 138$ and a few months later I was given a month heads up that the new price was 50$ more. No negotiation - no reason-. Very surprising to see such a huge increase. I appealed to the worker there who said she would write a request letter and I would just know the answer based on my next bill - which ended up being the same raised price. I have also been texted before being told that I made too much noise with their very loud carts and accusing me of hiding a cart in my unit which was untrue.

When I went to sign the paperwork, the man working at the front desk told me that he thought I could use a smaller storage unit for the amount of stuff that I had. He was totally right! - I needed to move out of a storage facility where I had been a tenant for 40 years because the property had been sold and an office building will be constructed there. While that facility had been quite adequate for my purposes, it clearly could not compare to the Richmond Security Public Storage facility. Everything at the latter is far better and first-rate: location, construction, management, security, maintenance, etc. Although I did not want to make this move, I could not be happier to have done so.

- This was my first time renting a storage space and I wanted to look at the sizes Elise was irritated did not want to show me anything told me she had to help another customer and just put me aside so I left and I was able to get a call the next day from Dominique from another facility and right up the street because she was helping out she gave me excellent customer service I wished I could have rented from her facility but it was more convenient to stay at the mission Street facility but again I don't know how you allow a employee to be so rude to the customers and I'm not the only one I spoke to some other people that were there complaining so you should either have a talk with her maybe she's only nice to certain people cuz I did see her trying to talking talking to a man and she was nicer than she was to me I was appalled I came home told my husband he was ready to call the facility and do what I don't know but I I was stunned by her behavior thank you for your time
