- I am glad to say that our experience with Public Storage had been very positive. But, I have a suggestion that would have made it even better: Telling your customers that there is nobody at the desk after 6:00 PM to give back the driver's license if the customer happened to be still in the building with a cart. This is very inconvenient and maybe dangerous, driving back home without a driver's license is not a good idea!!

No where to put unwanted trash, so had to pack it in my car, after searching everywhere for no garbage cans, lol, too ridiculous. Seen them be witchy to people about bringing cart back, the kids bringing carts back for parents assured them "repeatedly" after asked over, and over that they returned carts. Why ask so many times, lazy? They keep padlock's on the carts.
