But most importantly, Ruben went above and beyond his duty when he stayed over 45 minutes past the closing time to help us finish our move. We were very impressed that he would do that for us and offered him a small tip, which he refused - That showed character and honesty, traits that are hard to come by these days. The new manager Kim has been very helpful it's been awhile since I came down to the property but she helped me find my storage bin with no problem and I noticed how clean the building was when we walked in they also upgraded their security which is really great, another thing I noticed was when i went to the rest room it was actually clean! My visit was a great one Thank you Kim keep up the great work!

- Your office staff are wonderful. Jocelyn and the other gals were very knowledgeable and sincere. Great customer service. My biggest concern as a retired Security Professional are the other customers that have shared with me that they have had someone break into their storage container. I've noticed there are no internal CCTV on the inside of the buildings and none on the backside of the buildings. This is inadequate for the type of business and buildings these are. I plan on calling headquarters corporate security to discuss. Your facility should have a vulnerability risk assessment completed and shared with the public how you are addressing these thief's. Word of mouth can ruin a good business.
