- My only comment is that company policy does not allow refunds for units rented and cancelled within 24 hours and never used - this is not fair and it is probably in violation of California's buyer's remorse laws. I really appreciated that Kevin Bacica went to bat for me and got me a partial refund of as much of my prepaid fees as he could. Keven really rocked. But the company should empower it's local employees or property managers to authorize such a refund and not require the consumer to call on the District Manager to get satisfaction.

Every Operator was Kind and very Thorough, constant Updates and Reminders. I ended up with a New, Huge, Clean, Climate Controlled, Front Security Gate Coded, High Rise Ceiling Unit Facility. Office Enclosed Storage Warehouse. I don't like my Downtown area, but this Storage Facility seems to be a Quiet, Low Foot traffic Secured Building with a Massive Parking Garage. Pleasantly surprised I didn't feel Intimidated or suffer from one of my many Panic Attacks in or out of the building. And the Office Staff was so Courteous and they Shined like they enjoyed helping others. A Rarity these Days. Quick and simple paperwork. I am Very satisfied and will highly recommend you to family friends. Thanks to your Whole Team!

Security is very important to us and we could the monitors. I like that you have to put your code into everything, including the bathroom. Having indoor parking to unload is a plus in case the weather is inclement. The lighting is great and the storage unit is very clean. We also like that the hours are not short.
