However, the woman at the storage unit was so wonderful and allowed us to stay past office hours to complete our move in! - It would have gone easier if the staff could have figured out how to change my entry codr. Their ineptness caused hugs delays in my moving nd since I had hired movers and they were paid while I waited for more than an hour for staff to finally allow for the movers to begin using a StoreQuest employee's entry code. By the end of the move, the code was not fixed, I had to pay the movers an add'l two-hours of wasted time, which amounted $320. Thanks for screwing me over, StoreQuest.
