- I love the prices, but I would have left my stuff in the storage longer, if it was complementary seal or at least had screens for the roaches and other animals. The entire ceiling was open and everything was climbing in from the next door storage and outside. I understand the humidity will damage anything inside the storage if it was completely sealed, but at least some kind of screen would help.

I thought we were told there was an elevator and a way for ME to get up to the second floor (I am an amputee who is in a wheelchair) and Daniel he told me on the phone there was a way for me to get up there. SO, when I found out there was only a stairway I was taken aback to say the least.... But, Veronica worked out a way for us to make it work, and we got our unit. So, all we is well that ends well.... - The price was less than surrounding storage facilities and a good deal. Angel has been very helpful each time we've interacted either by phone or in person. I noticed carts were only in the office, but apparently people steal them,so I understand the process to get one. The only negative: I did not like another customer telling me his unit was broke in and that he felt it was an inside job. I prefer not to know these things personally. I will hope it is a safe place for myself and my belongings. I wouldn't have thought otherwise until he had to tell me his story. So far, so good on my experience. The facility is clean and convenient to pull in and get to your unit.
