- Reserving online was simple. Being able to see exactly what sizes were available at the location and then reserve it right away was great. And the manager literally called it right away (within 5-10 minutes of reserving) to set up a time for us to come in and finalize everything and get our space. The price wasn't "cheap" but was competitive. The service once there was excellent. The units were clean and well laid out and easy to access. I would definitely use Public Storage again if I need a storage unit.

- The price was less than surrounding storage facilities and a good deal. Angel has been very helpful each time we've interacted either by phone or in person. I noticed carts were only in the office, but apparently people steal them,so I understand the process to get one. The only negative: I did not like another customer telling me his unit was broke in and that he felt it was an inside job. I prefer not to know these things personally. I will hope it is a safe place for myself and my belongings. I wouldn't have thought otherwise until he had to tell me his story. So far, so good on my experience. The facility is clean and convenient to pull in and get to your unit.
