- Regarding food storage, whom i still must call customer service about, the custodians said that food is not allowed. Upon reading my downloaded and signed cotract, it says "improperly packaged foods not allowed in storage." So you get my drift here. The custodian said my canned goods would be ok. So i still now must call customer service to iron things out. I do not care for being told something that is not necessarily true. That does not fit well with your business model.

- I am completely amazed on how one person's attention to detail can make a HUGE difference. The new manager Kim has been very helpful it's been awhile since I came down to the property but she helped me find my storage bin with no problem and I noticed how clean the building was when we walked in they also upgraded their security which is really great, another thing I noticed was when i went to the rest room it was actually clean! - My only comment is that company policy does not allow refunds for units rented and cancelled within 24 hours and never used - this is not fair and it is probably in violation of California's buyer's remorse laws. I really appreciated that Kevin Bacica went to bat for me and got me a partial refund of as much of my prepaid fees as he could. Keven really rocked. But the company should empower it's local employees or property managers to authorize such a refund and not require the consumer to call on the District Manager to get satisfaction.

- a good experience, the lady at the counter was by the book, it was raining and she blocked the door to mop the water and prohibited unloading until the floor was dry, seemed a bit counterproductive but safety first. She showed me the unit and was clear on price except for insurance which was extra and undisclosed in any emails or reservation, a bit misleading on total price, but still a good deal.
