- I had a wonderful experience with the storage and service itself however when we were loading our things around 8pm there were some suspicious characters around. One sedan was driving in circles towing a large metal hook on the asphalt kicking up sparks. We tried not to think to much of it but it was a bit disconcerting. Overall the staff was helpful and the unit was clean.

- Needed a smaller storage place in a hurry and searched online. SelfStorage.com was able to make the reservation for me very quickly. I was unsure at first but they sent me the confirmation right away and I was able to go to the facility and finish all the paperwork within the hour. Staff at the facility was courteous and knowledgeable and finished the paperwork and payment quickly. Only downside was she didn't go into details over the gate and building access procedures.
