- The first and second nites, there were no lites in my row and I injured myself when I stepped on some of my stuff because I couldn't see. The perimeter fence isn't very secure, it is in a bad area and the lock on one of my storage units was installed 1/4 to 1/2 inch from the edge of the cinder block and could easily be knocked off. The walls between the units are one piece of drywall think.

Required me to buy one for $17 on-site. That was very expensive for something that I could have brought if I had been previously informed.

- Had some trouble finding an employee to help me with moving in when I got there at 10 am. I had to call a couple of numbers (local store and main) and send texts but no answer. Finally after about 30 minutes someone magically appeared at the facility. I did like that they provide a very solid lock and 3 keys. Hopefully th rates don't start creeping up.

They also accepted my U-haul return although there had been some mix-up as to where my drop of was to be, once I arrived.
