- After reserving a storage unit online I was promptly contacted by one of the managers of Public Storage to schedule an appointment for me to meet and see my unit to make sure it was the right unit for me. I also received a call the day before by a manager to confirm my appointment and let me know what would be required to rent a unit. I arrived early for my appointment which was no problem and was greeted by two very professional and friendly managers (Jon & Ronnie). I viewed my unit and confirmed it was the right unit for me and then I completed my paperwork. The manager (Jon) went over every detail with me and also offered his name and contact info if I had any questions. I was not expecting this level of service and was pleasantly surprised.

I have to walk around, put the code in on the outside pad and wait for the gate to open, walk back to my car, hope the gate is not closing and then I can leave, sometimes i've had to do this process twice. I am also set up to receive invoice notification on my email so that I can make my payments accordingly. instead I got a call at my work stating to pay my bill or else! THANKS FOR NOT NOTIFYING ME!!
