- I specifically searched for a climate controlled storage unit and paid extra for it when I was shown the unit it was clearly climate controlled after moving in that was not the case When I attempted to retrieve items I needed him to organize my unit it was unbearably hot and had to leave so I wouldn’t pass out I tried different times of the day and night didn’t matter it was not climate controlled When I attempted to get the problem solved with the manager he refused to give me a phone number for customer service and said sorry there’s nothing we can do very unprofessional I would not recommend this facility at all!

Looked around and priced options, Was pleasantly surprised when Public Storage was able to provide climate control units at less than other storage facilities. [without climate control] The actual storage facility and unit were spotless. Abdullah in the front office was extremely helpful and patient, and explained the process.
