The on site team was very helpful and found me another unit on the first floor, however it was smaller than my original. I had to pay my movers an additional $50 because the delay! The manager was not reachable by the customer service line, so I did not know how long I would have to wait (the manager ended up coming back 20 minutes after the sign indicated).
