- It's a nice clean facility, and the procedure is very smooth to rent a space. My only reason for not giving 5 stars is this: I am an experienced renter from Public Storage, who already has a unit at the property in question, and had reserved my unit online; I should not have to listen to the entire sales script when renting a new unit. I'm all for hearing the legal requirements as necessary to sign the contract, but I don't need to hear all about the various amenities and complete an extensive survey about my unit's proposed contents "to ensure you get the right size space."

- First of all when I was showed where my unit was I was already parked in the front by the rental office side so I could get to my unit. Unfortunately, he directed me to the back of the facility. I said well I guess where I am at I could really go in on this side. It wasn't until I kept stating well I'm alread on this side, he finally said oh well the elevator broke yesterday & it should be fixed next week. I said why didn't you just say that in the first place. Secondly, if only 1 elevator is work for the ENTIRE WEEKEND, is there any reason the facility cannot fix it sooner? Then upon talking to tenants cuz everyone had to use the same elevator, it was learned that the elevator had been out for over 2 months. So please get it fixed this is unprofessional. I also asked the staff since it was broken is there was a reason why all the carts weren't in the back and he promptly said well we divided them between the two entrances. I said obviously since you only have one side open can you please bring all the carts to the backside, staff wanted to argue and then said, yeah when I can, I will bring them over. Sorry yet if we are paying for the facility to be up n running properly & you expect us to pay, I am speaking for everyone, we expect the facility to be in working condition so we can all use it. Aside from that it was clean, and my unit was clean as well. One little side note the numbers of the units on the wall by the elevator, were SOOOOOOO small no one could read them. Maybe make it more legible so everyone can read it so you can find your unit. I had friends helping & they tried to locate my unit and could not. Thank you and please please please repair the elevator ASAP

My only complaint is that my unit is on the 2nd floor in the corner and there are no lights near it so in order to use it safely I have to have a flashlight 100% of the time.
