- Can't pay $80 more a month. $40 more a month per unit. I have 2 units. That is a huge raise. A homeowner can not raise the rent at such a high percentage rate. Been trying to call all morning. No answer and need to pay my rent today. Need information to do it on line that I do not have. 10th is a deadline day without a penalty. Staff is always nice and available. but don't know what is up today. Guess the owner thinks he can get more money and wants me to move. Very short sighted for a long time customer. Can not recommend at the rate they raise prices. Too bad. I have recommended many times before as clean and safe with good staff.

- Our RV was stolen from this facility. It is gated and has key code access. They have “security” cameras but they only save the footage for 90 days! So that is NO help. They do space checks weekly and saw that my RV had not been in the space for MONTHS but didn’t bother to call me and check? What’s the point of the space check? I’ve been paying for an empty space for months. I filed a police report. We’ll see how Extra Space handles this going forward. Obviously they are not as secure as they claim to be.
