- The clerk was polite and courtesy and did a great job of informing me of what Public Storage had to offer to suit my needs. I was very pleased. Before I had went to another place and I was trying to asked about, what I now know is a climate controlled storage area. The people at the other place looked at me like I was crazy and made me feel unwelcomed. Public Storage helped me figure out the space I needed and offered other accessories, such as boxes and packaging supplies if needed. It was a much better choice than the first place I had went to.

- The office only allows one person at a time even though there’s a lot of room and it’s where purchases take place. Then twice I’ve gone and they weren’t open and were supposed to be. So yes it’s cheaper but also weird hours for storage. 830-5 Saturday but 12-4 Sunday and they were late for that. Unacceptable .
