- I opened my storage unit which is very organized and predominantly plastic bins. There were crickets/grasshoppers all over the place. I have no idea how this infestation happened. This is the second time in two months this has happened and my first time reporting. This was reported to the front mgr on site at the DelAmo Torrance location. Cat. She said she was new and had no knowledge of any related issues. I have sent emails to former public storage contacts and some are no longer active and some no responses.
