I noticed carts were only in the office, but apparently people steal them,so I understand the process to get one. The only negative: I did not like another customer telling me his unit was broke in and that he felt it was an inside job. I prefer not to know these things personally. I will hope it is a safe place for myself and my belongings. I wouldn't have thought otherwise until he had to tell me his story. So far, so good on my experience. The facility is clean and convenient to pull in and get to your unit.

- We received phone calls verifying our appointment and the Francine was helpful over the phone and in person. She helped choose the right size unit, and assisted us on some extra supplies. Security is very important to us and we could the monitors. I like that you have to put your code into everything, including the bathroom. Having indoor parking to unload is a plus in case the weather is inclement. The lighting is great and the storage unit is very clean. We also like that the hours are not short.

- Sarah was wonderful to work with. The paperwork went very smoothly. Just a little hick up with another tenant wanting let in to use the restroom and I didn't do it figured he should have code to get in I think we all should have to use our codes. Got a little hostile and the man on duty wasn't around at the time in the office. Also one cart isn't enough had to wait both times I have brought items to storage. Over all so far so good.
