- They're security system sucks. That storage place always getting broken into. Teresa needs to wear her uniform when she's working. Couldn't tell she works there when she came up to me and say to move my car. Shes needs to be more friendly. And she needs to be more computer literate too. Too slow and unfamiliar on looking up account. Shes needs to work on her csr skills. Be happy not miserable with ur job. What this place charges is not worth it.

- Arrived during business hours and was greeted by a sign on the door saying the manager was out and would return in an hour. Came back in an hour and the manager still had not returned. Waited for another half hour and the manager came back. Apparently, they manage multiple properties. Got signed up, wasn't aware that I was required to insure my belongings for an additional $12 a month. Signed up. Drove to get my things, returned and my pin did not work. Had to call customer service and get assigned a temporary number. Not a pleasant experience, but they were certainly the cheapest.
