- Great value first month free, polite attendants to me, not others. Dumpsters locked and closed behind gate. No where to put unwanted trash, so had to pack it in my car, after searching everywhere for no garbage cans, lol, too ridiculous. Seen them be witchy to people about bringing cart back, the kids bringing carts back for parents assured them "repeatedly" after asked over, and over that they returned carts. Why ask so many times, lazy? They keep padlock's on the carts.

- Regarding food storage, whom i still must call customer service about, the custodians said that food is not allowed. Upon reading my downloaded and signed cotract, it says "improperly packaged foods not allowed in storage." So you get my drift here. The custodian said my canned goods would be ok. So i still now must call customer service to iron things out. I do not care for being told something that is not necessarily true. That does not fit well with your business model.

- Everything about the unit is fine. I don't like though that the price increases so much and the first month wasn't free. Especially during a pandemic it is safe to assume that people are moving because of financial reasons and public storage decides to increase their rates to $211 per month? That's very insensitive but then again it's a supply and demand I guess.
