- This building was filthy dirty with other peoples junk & trash left out on every floor. The office bathroom barrel was overflowed with trash & the floor & toilet has fecal matter & urine everywhere. Peter was dishonest with his explanations to place me in the basement but then after I asked for a refund he put me on the 2nd floor as I was reserved for. He chose units where the lights didnt work twice. I removed my belongings 2 days after placing. Please give me a full refund.

- The crew here is stellar! They will take any steps necessary to make sure you feel satisfied. Great examples are Kimberly and Angelina as they had all patience in the world to show available units that could fit my expanding project. Every time I come to the office, no matter how busy it is, they'll manage to take my request. It kind a hurts when they are not on site, as the service still good, but not as enjoyable as Kim usually makes it. (Even paying, is fun to be honest). The property layout is very convenient, we load 53 trailers and arrange full truckloads on their very wide yard. Hours of operation are convenient, and parking always available.
